Century Cinemax Booking Policy

Before booking this ticket, make sure you have selected:

• The correct Movie and movie format (2D or 3D)
• The correct date and Show time
• The correct Century Cinemax site to watch the Movie

Note: Ticket booked will be valid for that particular Century Cinemax site only.

Terms & Conditions

1. Management reserves the right to admission at all times.
2. Age 3 years and above requires full ticket.
3. Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Please check your tickets and change before you leave the counter.
5. Kindly retain your tickets till you leave the Cinema Premises.
6. Money will not be refunded to anyone after 45 minutes of the commencement of the movie, in case of power failure.
7. Minors are not allowed for "R" rated movies; Management reserves the right to check the age proof of a person at any point of time.
8. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
9. Please follow the security procedures for the safety of all.
10. Please look after personal belongings at all times as management will not be responsible for losses.
11. Please inform us in case you notice any suspicious activity.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited unless in designated area.
13. Kindly keep your cell phones on Silent / off mode inside the auditorium.
14. No Shopping Trolleys allowed inside the Cinema Premises.
15. No Shopping Bags of any size allowed inside the Cinema Premises.
